Navigation in the harbour |
- Speed
Maximum speed is 3 knots. Vigilance and courtesy are required due to heavy traffic. It's forbidden to enter the harbour or to work a skip without an engine .
- Schedule
It's strongly advised to avoid maneuvring in the harbour from11h00 to12h30 and from17h30 to 18h30.
- Contact
DO NOT ENTER the harbour area prior to contacting the Harbour master's office on VHF channel 9.

- Fire instructions
In the event of a fire spreadind on board, the Captain, the owner, or the watch must immediately inform :
The fire-brigade. Phone : 18
The harbour master's office
Phone : 04.94.56.68.70, VHF channel 9
And attempt to extinguish the fire with any available means
Rapidly remove all inflammable objects which could allow the fire to spread.
- Quays
Do not leave on the quays any maaterials or vehicules, some special areas have been created for this purpose, use them !!!
- Fuel
At the station of the green light. Phone: +33 (0)4.94.54.86.63 Open from 8h00 to 20h00 summer time. Delivery is possible.
- Water
As the harbour's water supply is limited, wasting is not allowed.The authorities request that users equip their taps with automatic shut-off nozzles.
- Wastes
Garbage pick-up is at 9 p.m. Please have your rubbish wel wrapped and on the quay by this time. Quays must then be kept clear until the following morning. Plastic sacks are placed around the harbour for litter but are not suitable for items such as bottles, etc.
- Pollution
The city of Saint-Tropez is making hjuge efforts to avoid pollution. All prohibitors will be persecuted.
- Wasted oils
The harbour is equipped with two special tanks for engine oil disposal. Apply to the harbour's master office for use.
